Old fashioned but good...
You don't get this sort of joinery / building yard , very few and far between,
I have used Ak, a lot over the years,
If you need timber machined thay can oblige,

As far as DIY stores go this has the best of both worlds. Predominantly a trade seller, they welcome DIY buyers too.
They have so much going on and wood cut to order.
